Across three (3) levels of a new office building located in Haymarket, the fitout incorporates a number of sustainable design initiatives that drive energy efficiency, responsible materials use and improved comfort for staff. The fitout is approximately 4,500m2 and the delivery of the fitout was integrated with the base building works and in 2014 Surface Design successfully prepared the fitout Green Star submission with the assistance of Built, that achieved a 6 star Office Interiors v1.1 rating in Round 1.
