Lot 171 is a 60 storey commercial office tower located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre development precinct. The project is currently under construction and is adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers, the floor plate of the tower starts as a square floor plate incorporating an extension to the Suria Shopping Centre before changing to a triangular floor plate for the office tower. The Faces are curved on each elevation and achieved through facetted curtainwall panels.
Surface Design has been providing the design, tender and construction audit service to KLCC for this tower.
