The development at 60 Martin Place is a new 36 storey office tower on Martin Place between Macquarie Street and Phillip Street. The building has retail and a public space called the “civic room” for the lower floors.
The facade of the building steps our over St Stephens to the north and is to be curtain wall facade with an incorporated blind and vertical fin sunshades. Surface Design has been engaged to provide facade engineering for the project by the developer. The design has been developed and will head into the construction phases in the second half of 2016.
