The project at 4 National Circuit is an interlinked construction of two six-storey buildings located in Barton, ACT. The east tower has a floor-plate of of 2100m2 and the west tower has a floor-plate of 3200m2. The building is mixed-use, with the retail space on the ground floor occupied by a childcare centre and the floors above filled with office.
Owned by ISPT property and designed by Fender Katsalidis the building has won numerous awards at the 2013 ACT Architecture awards.
